Please, don't try and say it to her. You will not survive the consequences...

For the needing improvement:

If you want to drive her crazy in a positive way, then a simple "goodmorning, most beautiful and awesome girl I've ever met" (face to face or by a message) should do the trick.

But in the end, saying "I love you" is the best thing I think. You don't have to make her feel special by saying lovely things, because she is already special for you.

1) anything that ranges between "you would look even more lovely if you would lose some pounds." to "you look fat in that dress."
(As they say, never ask a woman's age or weight)

2) Go make a sandwich.
(Gone are those days.)

3) I think you should wear less make up
(Try and find a better way to say it.)
