There are different levels of ‘studentship’, rich, mid class, poor. Meaning your answer depends on your financial capability.
Personally, I think students are better off doing online business, especially freelancing. You can do it at your own pace and it doesn't require much capital.
There are myriads of other businesses for a student in Nigeria, especially if you have financial support. A small scale ICT center if you can afford it, photocopying and binding center, barber’s shop, hair salons, betting and viewing centers, game centers, photography, and so on. The list goes on and on.
